Zusammenfassung: | The work aims at understanding the capacity of innovation in health services in light of the microfoundations of dynamic capabilities. The study adopted the framework by Teece (2007), which presents three dynamic capabilities: (a) the ability to identify the environment context (sensing); (b) the ability to seize opportunities (seizing); and (c) the ability to manage threats and transformations (reconfiguring). For this research, a qualitative case study with exploratory and descriptive characteristics was carried out in a private hospital located in the city of Porto Alegre, Brazil. The main results show that the understanding routines and processes through microfuses facilitates the visualisation and understanding of the dynamic sensing, seizing and reconfiguring capabilities. |
