Zusammenfassung: | In order to improve the performances of the solution processed full‐color Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLEDs), we develop “the advanced hybrid device structure”. This new hybrid device has the hybrid connecting layer (HCL) which is fabricated as a common layer on the solution processed red‐green layers, and under the evaporated blue common layer. This HCL has two different roles depending on each color, the first is improvement of hole injection to the blue emissive layer, and the second is confinement of triplet excitons for red and green emissive layer. We found that HCL can operate as an efficiency enhancement layer for all emissive layers. |
