73.2: A Novel Design for Broadcasting LCD

32″ FHD LCD for broadcasting display system was researched. In order to satisfy high standard specification of broadcasting display, design was carried out at the consideration of optimum performance of panel, BL, mechanical parts, circuit so that characteristics of wide color gamut, improved color depth, wide viewing angle, improved white uniformity and motion blur reduction without frame rate control could be achieved. As a result, broadcasting LCD that can be commercialized was developed.
