Zusammenfassung: | A three‐component white OLED device using fluorescent materials was developed for full‐color displays. Very high power‐efficiency of 17 lm/W@10mA/cm2 and long lifetime over 30,000hr@1,000cd/m2 were achieved by using new carrier transport materials with high mobility. Power consumption and half lifetime of a 2.2″ QVGA full‐color display were estimated by simulation to be about 200mW(200cd/m2,100%ON) by combining the device with top‐emission structure. This value is comparable to the state of the art of LCDs. |
