Zusammenfassung:Voltage driving method is better for Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diodes (AMOLED) Display in power consumption and variations of thin film transistors (TFTs), although current driving method is better in consideration of the degradation of OLED as OLED luminance is generally proportional to current. Low power consumption is very important in particular to mobile devices such as a cellular phone. However, simple voltage driving method causes luminance variation depending on the ambient temperature and the degradation of OLED. We succeeded in resolving this problem by means of anode potential set by applying the constant current to monitor OLED laid on panel.
