Zusammenfassung: | A novel DC‐DC converter has been integrated on a 2.2″ QVGA panel using poly‐silicon thin film transistors. We have adopted a multi‐phase DC‐DC converter structure to supply the positive and negative voltage source for the panel, and decreased the operational frequency of the charge pump. Therefore, the frequency of panel controlling signal is lower than 20 KHz, and no external clock signals and capacitors are needed. |
