NF-α, IL6, IL1-α, IL-10 and TGF-β1 Gene Expression in Iranian Acute Myeloid Leukemia Patients

Acute myeloid leukemia is a heterogeneous clonal disorder of blood-producing cells that are among the most common malignant disorders in adults. The purpose of this study was to examine the gene expression of TNF-α, IL6, IL1-α, IL-10, and TGF-β1 at diagnosis in acute myeloid leukemia. The current study included 50 patients with acute myeloid leukemia and 50 control subjects. ELISA was used to determine the serum concentrations of TNF-α, IL6, IL1-α, IL-10, and TGF-β1.
