İşçi Eylemine İlişkin Haberlerin Geleneksel ve Alternatif Medyada Sunumu

Bu çalışmada, İstanbul’un yeni havalimanı yapımı inşaatında çalışan işçilerin olumsuz çalışma koşullarından dolayı yaptıkları eylemlerin dijital medyada nasıl sunulduğuna odaklanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, geleneksel bir haber sitesi özelliğine sahip Sabah gazetesi ile alternatif bir haber sitesi özelliğine sahip T24 gazetesinde söz konusu olayla ilgili yer alan haberler van Dijk’ın söylem çözümlemesi yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucu, diğer çalışmaları destekler nitelikte olup haberin ideoloji doğrultusunda yapılanmış bir söylem olduğuna işaret etmektedir. Dijital medyada sunulan haberler hem geleneksel hem de alternatif medyada belirli yapılar çerçevesinde şekillenmekte, ideolojiler doğrultusunda sunulmakta ve farklı bağlamlarla temsil edilmektedir. In this study, it focuses on how the actions of labor working in the construction of the new airport in Istanbul are presented in digital media due to their negative working conditions. In this context, the news of Sabah Newspaper, a traditional news website, and the T24 newspaper, which has an alternative news site feature, were examined. The news were analyzed by van Dijk's discourse analysis method. The result of the study supports the other studies and points out that the news is structured in the direction of ideology. The news presented in digital media is shaped within the framework of certain structures in both traditional and alternative media, presented in the context of ideologies and represented in different contexts.
