Zusammenfassung:The scientifically based organizational system of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of children with fractures of the vertebrae is accepted in the medical institutions of St. Petersburg, including inpatient, sanatorium and outpatient care. Stages of conservative treatment in patients with vertebral compression fractures in the emergency departments of children’s general hospitals in St. Petersburg are reported, the St. Petersburg State budgetary institution of health care Children’s Rehabilitation Center of Orthopedics and Traumatology “Ogonyok” and children’s outpatient clinics. G. I. Turner” under the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
