Zusammenfassung:In etherized dogs, the suprarenal vein blood specimens were collected by the cava-pocket method. Adrenaline content in these blood specimens was determined by the Bloor & Bullen's arseno-molybdic acid method and the rabbit intestine segment method. An almost the identical value of adrenaline was given by these two methods. But in some cases arseno-molybdic acid method gave a somewhat lower value than the rabbit in-testine segment method.
