Zusammenfassung: | Organic optical materials are possible to sense light because of its high photosensitivity and large absorption only 100 nm thick films. These characteristics can be applied to an optoelectronic device, such as an organic photodiode. In our previous report, we studied blue and green organic photodiode respectively. In this report, we investigated a tandem photodiode which was vertically stacked blue and green OPDs inserting intermediate semitransparent electrode. Individual photoresponse was confirmed in each blue/green unit. |
