Zusammenfassung:The article presents data on the high relevance of studying a renal tubular injury in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). The available research data and prerequisites for HFpEF development and renal tubular injury in detail. Markers of tubulopathy are presented. The main paradigm of cardiorenal syndrome in HFpEF with renal tubular injury is discussed — the unity of risk factors and pathogenetic mechanisms (low-intensity chronic inflammation, endothelial dysfunction, profibrotic hyperactivity). The need to identify markers of tubular dysfunction is due to expanding preventive capabilities to slow down the cardiorenal continuum stages — a decrease in filtration function and further remodeling of the myocardium and vascular bed. The review presents the analysis of available Russian and foreign data and analytical portals.
