Keeping Pediatricians in Practice

It seems that the topic "The New Pediatrics—Can It Be Practiced?" has become a very popular one for Letters to the Editor. We, who constitute a partnership composed of two young Board Pediatricians, would like to report our own happy experience, while taking exception to several statements made by Dr. Joel Berne of Brooklyn (Pediatrics, 34:297, 1964) In the first place, we practice in an averagesized (350,000) city on the border, with an equal-sized sister city, Juarez, Mexico.
