Zusammenfassung:Base station equipment in a W-CDMA system was claimed communication quality depending on RF block dynamic range. It is possible that Direct-conversion modulator enhances the system dynamic range by eliminating the intermediate frequency (IF) block. Base-band signals are directly quadrature-modulated at radio frequency(RF), and the dynamic range depends on RF characteristic of quadrature modulator. We have developed the type of modulator to obtain modulating accuracy and low adjacent-channel power ratio (ACPR).
