Zusammenfassung:Stigmatellin causes spectral changes of both hemes of cytochrome b or b6 in cytochrome bc1/b6f-complexes. It also affects the redox potentials of all three hemes, including cytochrome c l and f, in addition to the dramatic rise of the redox potential it exerts on the Rieske FeS-center. We conclude that stigmatellin changes the overall conformation of the complexes.
