Zusammenfassung: | Despite achieving promising treatment results in patients with lymphoma, there is still a significant proportion of patients who relapse or have refractory disease. Salvage therapy followed by high dose treatment with autologous stem- cell transplantation is the standard of care in many of them. The role allogeneic stem- cell transplantation, especially after reduced intensity conditioning, is under extensive investigation. This review article presents current knowledge and recommendation in the salvage treatment of relapsed/ refractory lymphomas. |
