Surgical Correction of Total and Partial Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connections

Ten cases of anomalous pulmonary venous connection have been operated upon and completely corrected without mortality during the last two and one-half years. One representative case is presented. Surgical correction under direct vision using cardiopulmonary bypass permits accurate unhurried correction of these defects.
