Zusammenfassung:Women who maintain a family therapy practice while taking care of their own families face a constant stream of perplexing problems, conflicting priorities and difficult choices. This paper examines some of the practical issues of time management and economics as well as the emotional conflicts, looking at how they vary over family life cycle stages. While acknowledging that there are no easy answers to these dilemmas, the authors offer some possible considerations toward resolution.
