Zusammenfassung:Comments on Goltz and Hietapelto's article Using the Operant and Strategic Contingencies Models of Power to Understand Resistance to Change are presented. One of the major challenges that we have in dealing with "resistance to change" as a subject matter is to operationally define what is meant. In the Goltz and Hietapelto paper, a clear behavioral definition of "resistance to change" seems to be missing.
