Zusammenfassung:In dynamic analysis of the railway vehicles, we have often worked out the theory under the assumption that the relationship between the tangential force and the slip at the contact point of the wheel and the rail is linear. However, it is necessary to think of non-linearity of the creep force in larger amplitude of the bogie truck vibration. But few people have made a detailed theoretical analysis of truck hunting considering the non-linear creep force, and there are still many points which are uncertain. Kinetic phenomena of the rigid bogie truck with two axles are clarified in this paper considering the non-linearity of the creep force. Consequently, we revealed analytically that the limit cycle of truck vibration is affected by various factors, for example the running velocity, the frequency of truck hinting and the friction coefficient between wheel and rail and so on. In addition, differences between the formulas given by Levi, Chartet and Kalker are made clear.
