Zusammenfassung: | For evaluation of thermal endurance in industrial hoses, the temperature and time dependences of the compression dynamic modulus of two industrial hoses were investigated by dynamic viscoelastic measurements. In a certain temperature range, the compression dynamic modulus of each industrial hose lessened gradually with time, presumably due to a relaxation phenomenon accompanying some heat deterioration. The logarithm of time t, at which the compression dynamic modulus fell to 50% of its initial value, has been found to be two linear functions of the reciprocal temperature T-1. |
