Zusammenfassung: | Computer simulation has been carned out for industrial crystallizers which crystallize and separate aluminum hydroxide from etching solution discharged from the alumite process. The numerical calculations of ΔC in crystallizer and etching tanks, and CV Dp50 and of the product crystals were accomplished by applying the population density function for product crystals and the material balance equations with aluminum in solutions from both the crystallizer and etching tanks. As a result, a good agreement between the calculated values and the measured data was confirmed. |
