Zusammenfassung:Separation of particles by capillary hydrodynamic chromatography was studied experimentally. Measuring the retention time of a mono-particle system, it was shown that the ratio of retention time to mean residence time depended not only on the particle diameter but also on the flow rate of solvent. Resolution of peak was calculated from the chromatogram of a binary-particle system. The resolution of peak also depended on the flow rate of solvent.
