Zusammenfassung: | Twenty-nine commercial honeys and three collected honeys were tested for the contents of ash, copper and lead, the latter two of which were estimated with square-wave polarography. The mineral contents (ash) of all the honeys tested were within the range of 0-0.23%, and four of the commercial honeys were lower than 0.04% in the contents. Copper and lead contents of the honeys were within the ranges of 0-2.6 ppm and 0.2-6.3 ppm, respectively. It was proved that there was no correlation among the contents of ash, copper and lead in the honeys. |
