Zusammenfassung:Four new iridoids, rehmaglutins A, B, C, and D, were isolated from Chinese Rehmanniae Radix, the dried root of Rehmannia glutinosa Li__=b__=o__=s__=c__=h__=. [Kan-jio (in Japanese) from China]. The absolute stereostructures of rehmaglutins A (2__∼), B (3__∼), and D (4__∼) were elucidated on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence which included the application of the benzoate chirality method.
