Zusammenfassung:The frictional feeling of human hair is an important factor in evaluation of hair care products. The microscopic interactions between human hair and shampoo components were investigated to clarify the mechanism of improvement of frictional sensation by shampoo components. By microscopic analysis and adsorption experiments, it was indicated that the polymer and the surfactant are strongly adsorbed on the cuticle even after rinsing by electrostatic interactions, depending on the kind of surfactant.
