Zusammenfassung: | Extracellular matrix (ECM) plays important roles in the maintenance of neural stem cell (NSC) stemness. However, it remains unclear how ECM maintains NSC stemness comprehensively. Here, ECM was formed by the adherent MEB5 culture, and a murine NSC line and formed ECM was prepared as a culture substrate by decellularization. The prepared substrates can support MEB5 adhesion and growth and might influence neural differentiation. The prepared ECM model might be used as an in vitro ECM model in NSC niche. |
