Zusammenfassung:Behqet's disease is a rare, multisystem disorder characterized by widespread vasculitis on both the arterial and venous side of the circulation. The authors report a very rare case of associated leaking abdominal aortic aneurysm and Budd-Chiari syndrome secondary to inferior vena cava occlusion in a 25-year-old woman with complicated Behqet's disease. To our knowledge, this is the fourth case to be reported in the English literature with such a combination.
