Congenital Internal Carotid Artery Aneurysm in a Child— A Case Presentation

A three-and-a-half-year-old female presented with a pulsatile neck mass. Workup demonstrated an aneurysm of the extracranial internal carotid artery. An aneurysmectomy was performed with uneventful recovery. The pathologic findings as well as potential causative factors are discussed.
