Zusammenfassung:This paper illustrates the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), with exposure therapy, on a woman who was in later term pregnancy. The client was successfully treated in 14 sessions with no reported complications to the health of the client or the fetus. Two-month follow-up data showed continued improvement on PTSD symptomatology. The delivery was without complications and the mother and the infant were in good health.
