Zusammenfassung:Objectives: This study aims to assess the efficacy of Clam enterocystoplasty (CECP) surgery for the treatment of non-neurogenic refractory urgency urinary incontinence (UUI). Methods: We conducted a retrospective evaluation of 17 female patients who underwent CECP for non-neurogenic refractory UUI between May 2010 and November 2022. Results: The median of ICIQ-SF was 19 (15–21) before treatment, which decreased to a median of 0 (0–5) after treatment (p = 0.01).
