Zusammenfassung:We only have to look at the levitical laws on land ownership and debt relief to see that God has high ideals for economic justice. How can we apply these to modern life and what should be the role of government? It is clear that we should live as community, ensuring that everyone has access to the means of production, and providing for those who cannot provide for themselves. It is also clear that we live in a sinful world and intervention may often be necessary.
