Zusammenfassung:Under unidirectional loading, the material composition and joint arrangement of prestressed concrete beams with corrugated steel webs are determined by deformation stress parameters. Furthermore, using the combined analysis method of longitudinal loading and mechanical parameters, a stress and deformation control model of prestressed concrete beams with corrugated steel webs under unidirectional loading is established. In this paper, the corrugated steel webs are studied experimentally and theoretically, and numerical simulations are carried out. In this paper, by establishing the relationship between the grain friction angle and roughness of corrugated steel web prestressed concrete beams under uniaxial strain and using concrete loading mode, the forces of corrugated steel web prestressed concrete beams under uniaxial strain are calculated and adaptively regulated. The experimental results show that the algorithm can accurately estimate and control the deformation and stress of Prestressed concrete beams under uniaxial strain. The grain size parameters of prestressed beams with corrugated steel webs under unidirectional loading were studied, and their mechanical properties were optimized.
