Zusammenfassung:Study Objective : We examined the efficacy and safety of rendezvous ERCP using percutaneous biliary drainage (PBD) route to salvage previously unsuccessful ERCP cases. Patients and Methods : Patients who underwent rendezvous ERCP using PBD route were retrospectively examined from November 2012-April 2016. Results : The subject of the study was 14 patients. Therapeutic interventions were successful in 13 out of 14 patients (93%) . Twenty-nine percent underwent reconstructed gastrointestinal anatomy ; ERCP was successful for all. Bile leak occurred in one patient. At first endoscopy, major papilla was not detected in 4 patients ; the rendezvous procedure was successful in 3 out of 4 patients. Conclusion : Rendezvous ERCP using PBD route to salvage unsuccessful ERCP cases showed a high success rate with few complications.
