Pleural Effusion in Yellow Nail Syndrome: Treatment with Bilateral Pleuro-Peritoneal Shunts

The case study of a 75-year-old lady presented with a 6-month history of dyspnoea associated with productive cough of white sputum is presented. The woman was treated with bilateral pleuro-peritoneal shunts which drain the pleural fluid.
