g. The compound did not exhibit any antimicrobial activity against Gram +ve and Gram −ve organisms, as well as against the tested fungal strains. But very good free radical scavenging activity was observed at concentration range of 0.185–100

g in comparison to reference standard butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) with IC
