Zusammenfassung:Co-Ce-O films were synthesized by a newly developed chemical method called the metal-oxide co-electroless deposition method. The Co content in the Co-Ce-O deposited films was subject to change from 16 to 100 at.%, depending on the concentration of the CoSO4 in the reaction solution. About 10 at.% boron, including in the Co-Ce-O films, therefore meant Co existed as an amorphous phase. Co-Ce-O film was synthesized with saturation magnetization of 0.57 T and minimum coercivity of 2.3 kA/m using this method. This result is the first step for obtaining metal-oxide nanogranular films with good magnetic properties at high frequency by chemical method.
