Zusammenfassung: | Two improvements were made on the fabrication process of anode-supported cells using lanthanum gallate-based electrolyte (LSGM). One is a sintering process, anode-substrate and interlayer were co-sintered first, and then the electrolyte was screen-printed and sintered. Another one is that double-doped ceria with La and Sm was used as the interlayer. The diffusion of Ni into LSGM was avoided even after sintering of the electrolyte at 1400ºC by applying their improvements. The cell was fabricated by co-sintering of NiO-Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9 anode-substrate and Ce0.57Sm0.14La0.19O2-δ interlayer at 1500ºC followed by the sintering of LSGM at 1400ºC, the open circuit voltage and the maximum power density of the cell were 0.768 V and 0.20 W/cm2, respectively. |
