Zusammenfassung: | This work proposes a new approach - the possible production of organic solar cells, based on Buriti oil. We propose the formation of an active layer, three types of mixture, always exploring the use of Buriti oil. The active layers were deposited by spin coating the mixture of Buriti oil: polystyrene (PS), Buriti oil: poly (3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and blend Buriti oil: PS plus P3HT. For the three devices investigated here, we use a glass substrate, coated with fluoride-doped tin oxide (FTO). An electrode of poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) / poly (4-styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT / PSS) was deposited by spin coating. The other electrode was painted on top, with silver conductive ink (Ag). We show two different illuminations for the characterization of the devices. For the acquisition of measures: resistance (Ω), open circuit voltage (VOC) and the short circuit current (ISC) a common digital multimeter was used. |
