Zusammenfassung: | Recently, we have synthesized different nanowires for chemical sensor application. They are SnO2, SiO2 and Ga2O3 nanowires using the VLS method for synthesis. Their structural, chemical composition and electrical properties have been characterized by using SEM, EDS, X-ray diffraction, and the I-V curves. We have tested sensors with these materials and sensing matrix for ammonia and methane. Sensors are read out by resistance (I/V) measure¬ments. These sensors are operated at room temperature for applications that requires low power consumption, low cost and high sensitivity. |
