Zusammenfassung: | Foil stamping is one of the special printing techniques which plays an important role in the packaging design and attention of the customer. We discussed about the different types of foils available in the market and the different layers in the foils. Different concepts and terminology used in hot foiling process and factors like temperature, pressure, thickness of the foil, equipment and tools, and their contribution towards the machine efficiency. How the speed of the machine determines the consumption of foil. We also discussed the concept of single pass run and double pass run, reducing the consumption of electricity by using the relay timer for the heating zones of the machine. Studying and analyzing the consumption and reduction in it through the samples taken from different jobs. Analyzing how MUDAs TIMWOOD can help in increasing efficiency in the industry and how all the factors contribute towards the OEE of the machine. |
