Zusammenfassung: | Spray pyrolysis deposition (SPD) is a potential method for mass production of ceramics thin film with low fabrication cost. We investigated on the SPD method, and demonstrated that it is a noble method to prepare the electrolyte thin film for solid oxide fuel cells. Controlling the substrate temperature low to about 150
o
C during the SPD process is a key factor, in order to make thin film dense and continued. Repeating SPD and post annealing is effective to fill up micro cracks which happened due to the difference of coefficients of thermal expansion between the substrate and the film. |
