Zusammenfassung: | Carbon nanotube was synthesized by decomposition of ethylene over oxidized diamond-supported catalysts at a relatively mild temperature. We focused the effect of Fe, Ni, Co, and Ni-Fe, Co-Fe, and Ni-Fe-loaded oxidized diamond catalysts on the growth and inner structure of the carbon nanotubes. From the Results of Raman spectrum, synthesized carbon nanotube over bimetal oxidized diamond catalysts were a high G/D ratio. Synthesized carbon nanotubes had a clear hollow structure. |
