Zusammenfassung:We calculate a vacuum loop amplitude generated by a Siegel gauge propagator in the open string field theory expanded around the identity-based solution. We apply level truncation scheme to the calculation of the vacuum amplitude and find an approximate spectrum by its expansion form. The resulting spectrum is consistent with the absence of open strings at the tachyon vacuum.
