Zusammenfassung: | We fabricated fine electrodes conventionally by nanoimprint lithography (NIL) to measure the electric properties of nanofibers and showed the performance of fine electrodes by the field-effect transistor (FET) measurement of a semiconducting polymer nanofiber. Furthermore, we performed the FET measurement of regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (rr-P3HT) nanofibers using fabricated fine electrodes. As a result, the mobility was estimated to be $1.32\times 10^{-3}$ cm 2 V -1 s -1 , which was on the same order as that reported previously. The fabrication method was clarified to be effective for molecular electronics. |
