Zusammenfassung:A differential temperature controller is described, which can control the temperature of a nonlinear optical crystal at approximately 200°C, with a temperature stability better than 1 mK. To demonstrate its performance, the temperature of a monolithic, continuous-wave optical parametric oscillator (OPO) was stabilized and an output intensity fluctuation of 3.5% rms was achieved even under free-running operation.
