Zusammenfassung:We investigated the exchange coupling between antiferromagnetic layers and magnetic layers in Hf/(Mn–22 at.%Ir, Fe–40 at.%Mn)/Co/Ni–20 at.%Fe/Hf/Si multilayers. Insertion of Co layers between the antiferromagnetic layers and the Ni–Fe layers increased the exchange coupling for the Mn–Ir layers, but did not increase that for the Fe–Mn layers.
