Existence of magnetic well and increase in rotational transform in an L = 2 helical heliac with high coil period

The vacuum properties of an L =2 helical heliac (HH) with high coil period have been studied. The parameter regions of a magnetic well are shown. It is also shown that the rotational transform increase as the helical displacement of a double-helix helical coil increases.
