Zusammenfassung:The instability of a radiation detector has been studied by means of 1150 nm infrared light. The change in the detector sensitivity is exhibited in photocurrent measurements. Several resonancelike bumps were observed in the conductance of the detector when the aging was incomplete. Using the observed data, we discuss the possible mechanisms which affect detector stability.
