Zusammenfassung:The changes of the Curie temperatures of BaTiO 3 ceramics doped with Fe, Ni, Cu and Nb were measured from the shifts of the peaks in the permittivity-temperature curves. The corresponding changes of the electrical conductivity were evaluated from the frequency and temperature dependence of the dielectric losses. The various possible causes of the phenomena of the T c -change were discussed.
